Initial consultation

Our free 20 minute Zoom call is an opportunity to see if we can work well together. We will discuss what brings you to counselling and your desired outcomes. This allows you to get a sense of my approach and helps me determine if I can best support your needs.

Sessions

Each session last 50 minutes. Counselling is usually a weekly session to explore your issues, but how often you see your therapist and how many appointments you have will depend on your individual circumstances and we will agree this together.

Fees

  • £70 per session

  • £90 per session (online or in-person only)

Working online is not suitable for everyone. You will need to make sure you can ensure privacy, confidentiality and be uninterrupted during the session.

Walk and talk

Get outdoors and connect with nature for a walking therapy session in York.

Benefits
